Meet us in San Diego
On March 19-22 LifeTec Group will be present at the Annual Meeting of the Orthopaedic Research Society in San Diego California. It would be our great pleasure to meet you!
Testing the performance of your implant, device or therapy in a cost-efficient manner in living and functional ex-vivo cultured osteochondral biopsies is just one of the topics Linda Kock (PhD) would love to discuss with you.
BONE AND CARTILAGE SAMPLES ALIVE FOR EIGHT WEEKS EX VIVO
To study repair and regeneration of abnormalities, disorders or diseases in bones and cartilage, it is of vital importance that in addition to research on cell level, the influence of surrounding tissues is also studied. This is the main conclusion of a study into the regeneration of bone and cartilage.

Osteochondral Platform
LifeTec Group developed the Osteochondral Platform enabling medical scientists to keep bone and cartilage samples alive for up to eight weeks (under physiological circumstances).
This allows for the testing of therapies / biomaterials in a setting that imitates the situation inside the body as closely as possible.
Introduction
