Vacancy Sales Specialist Preclinical Services and Technologies @ LifeTec Group BV

In this role you will develop sales for the products and services of LifeTec Group.

Essential responsibilities

Prospecting for new customers in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio, and qualifying new leads to maintain identified business and to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales

Optimization of and responsible for the sales process at LifeTec Group

Exploring actively new opportunities and follow up by setting meetings and documentation & registration thereof in CRM software

Prospecting for new market opportunities for service portfolio of LifeTec Group and actively generating ideas for new products and services, driven by exploration of the different markets

Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings with R&D and field specialists demonstrating products and services of LifeTec Group

Inventory needs, with the LifeTec Group engineering team, make/give presentations and generate content for proposals

Sales negotiation and deal closure at the customer, in close collaboration with the team of specialists, Head of Innovation, Head of Research, Marketing Director and/or CEO. 

Presenting LifeTec Group, visiting, organizing and participating in exhibitions worldwide 

Maintaining satisfactory aftersales relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs

Develop DMU penetration strategies for key focus accounts and communicate current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in the MedTech arena, preferably affinity with bioengineering and/or life sciences. 

Previous sales experience and proven customer acumen and relationship building skills in a relevant work field and market segments

High degree of self-motivation and prioritization skills

Ability to work in a team oriented environment

In the possession of a driver’s license

Fluency in English (spoken and written) as well as excellent communication, 

Organizational and project management skills

This role requires a minimum of 60-70% travel (domestic and international)

Extensive network within the industry/field

Strong customer focus and human centered approach

Excellent relationship builder with societal driven mindset in a multidisciplinary field of engineering, clinical, technical and entrepreneurial expertise. 

Strong personality to bond with influencers, key opinion leaders and decision making units.

Strong interest in human aspects, integer and authentic. No boasting attitude.
