Announcing a change of role for Jurgen de Hart
It’s with great gratitude that we announce an organizational change at LifeTec Group. Twenty years after its incorporation, Jurgen de Hart has decided to step down as CEO. He will continue to support our company in an advisory role and will also remain active as Board member. We thank Jurgen as founder and leader of LifeTec Group for his services and all that has been achieved and the impact we’ve been able to make under his leadership.
Transitioning responsibilities to Linda and Marco
With his transition Linda Kock has been promoted to Director of Business Operations and Marco Stijnen will step into the role of Director Business Development and Strategy. Together they have taken over the daily leadership of LifeTec Groep and with the support from Pete Herman, CEO Resolution Medical, they will lead LifeTec Group to be at your service.
A word from Jurgen
“Dear friends and colleagues, it’s my pleasure to share that my personal and business ambitions have come together as a result of a predefined plan. I have decided to step down as CEO of LifeTec Group and continue to support our company as advisor. This decision allows me to combine other fun and exciting challenges where I can put my knowledge and experience to good use.
It’s been 20 years since I founded the company with a couple of bright people, and it’s been an amazing adventure ever since. I’m incredibly proud of everything we have accomplished and the impact we’ve made over the years. Having served 250+ MedTech organisations and executed 500+ projects, but particularly, experiencing many great solutions mature that have resulted in numerous patients to regain quality of life, or even survive, has been most rewarding. Knowing that we’ve been able to gratefully contribute to that.
My warmest appreciation to each and everyone that supported me and stood by during this enriching journey, turning our venture into a game changing business. I want to thank Frans van de Vosse, Rob Debey, Ben Hiddinga for their trust and support in the early days, and particularly Bas de Mol who continued the journey with me during the maturation of LifeTec. Big thanks also to Toine Nagel† and Pim Dusee for their support in the transition to a professional organisation with global recognition.
Everything that we have accomplished results from the invaluable contribution and devotion of all our past and present, ever inspiring LifeTec associates. The passionate and exceptional team we have today makes me so proud and promises a great future. You’re all my heroes!
A great team needs a great leader. Huge thanks to my dear Linda Kock who has grown into that leader and has been a massive support all the way. My heartfelt gratitude especially goes to my champions and pioneers, Marco Stijnen and Sjoerd van Tuijl who joined me since the start of this adventure and have been the co-creators of what our organization is today. Big thanks also go to Shawn Patterson, Pete Herman and the Resolution family, for their endeavours and belief in the unique coherence we bring. And finally, those that I’m not mentioning by name here, please know that I hold you all in my heart.
